How to Report on Security-Related Costs

In December 2022, the Edmonton Public Library reported on costs associated with security incidents at EPL including estimated staffing (including training) and security costs. The structure of the report (see preliminary findings to the right) provides one example of how to measure, organize, and communicate these costs.
